Senior HR Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our fast-paced Oxford-based client. As a Senior HR Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering proactive HR services, driving best practice, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and employment legislation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead strategic HR projects to enhance organisational effectiveness
* Provide first-line generalist HR advisory services, offering guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems
* Advise on employee relations issues, escalating complex cases as needed
* Assist with the development and implementation of local HR policies and procedures
* Conduct exit interviews and identify patterns or issues for action or escalation
* Oversee the company's Performance & Development Review cycles, including planning and delivering training
* Collaborate on internal mobility transfers and relocations
* Utilise data analytics to assess HR metrics, provide insights, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives

**Requirements**

* Demonstrable experience within a generalist HR function in the UK/EMEA
* Demonstrable experience from the Professional Services, Fintech, Tech, and Pharmaceutical industries
* Strong knowledge of employment law and worker-related regulations
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Self-starter, team player, and able to work under pressure
* Ability to manage deadlines and conflicting priorities with attention to detail
* Fluency in English and proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel & Word
