Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience working as an HCA in a care home setting is preferred
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential)
  • Work authorization for the UK required
  • A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.)
  • Assist residents in maintaining their independence and well-being
  • Work closely with care teams and follow individual care plans
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding are followed

Schedule:

  • Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
  • Day, night, and weekend availability
  • Holidays and weekday shifts available
