As a senior insurance professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both new and existing customers, utilizing your strong sales and negotiation skills to maximize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual income and case count targets
  • Take instructions from customers, ensuring cover commences at the correct time, all relevant paperwork is completed, premium is collected, and relevant records and diary entries are created
  • Prioritize client communication to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Accurately complete administrative tasks, such as post and diary management, account queries, and insurer liaison
Requirements
  • Desirable: Insurance/sales experience, although product training will be provided
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Solid communication and articulation skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Possess basic IT skills to use Microsoft programs
