We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Chippenham. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as light cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation
  • Provide medication support and administer medication as required
  • Assist with personal care, including washing, bathing, and toileting
  • Engage with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
