We are seeking a highly skilled Conceptual Art Director to join our talented creative team at The Find, a leading brand activation agency based in Maidenhead.

As a key member of our creative team, you will work in partnership with our clients to devise and deliver experiential campaigns for the world's most ambitious brands. With over 20 years of marketing experience, we successfully deliver our clients' requirements across various sectors including FMCG, retail, health and beauty, luxury goods, and technology.

The role of Art Director involves:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Executive and Associate Creative Directors in ideating, developing, designing, and delivering creative solutions predominantly for our retail clients.
  • Ideating and sometimes leading on projects, working closely with team seniors as well as other departments, to achieve commercial and creative objectives.
  • Keeping internal departments and project leads updated with progress.
  • Supporting new business pitches, producing outstanding creative concepts that help to inspire and procure new clients.
  • Enriching our capability of delivering creative solutions in the retail space.
  • Sharing knowledge around digital and experiential with the team.

Requirements:

  • A passion for the retail/grocery sector, with around 3 years' experience in a similar role within retail activation/FMCG-focused agency.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the retail environment, its touchpoints, and the customer mindset.
  • Openness to learn, collaborate, inspire, and innovate.
  • Fluency in In-Design, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite programmes, as well as MS Office.
  • Ability to blend commercial awareness with passion and creative flair.
