About the Job

The Client Relationship Specialist will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles or sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Results-driven with a passion for business growth.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired).
