Job Description:

">">We are looking for a Graduate Planning Professional to join our planning team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of planning regulations and policies, and be eager to contribute to diverse projects. You will support senior planners in preparing planning applications, policy analysis, and providing expert advice on urban planning matters.">">
  1. Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
  2. Conduct research and analysis of planning policies, local development plans, and regulations.
  3. Support the development of planning strategies for various projects, including housing, education, and heritage.
  4. Collaborate with architects, urban designers, and project managers to deliver integrated project solutions.
  5. Attend meetings with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders as required.
  6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and planning documents.

Requirements:

  1. A relevant planning degree (e.g., Town Planning, Urban Design, or similar).
  2. Some professional experience in town planning or a related field.
  3. Knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures.
  4. A passion for creating sustainable and innovative urban environments.
