We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Skin Oncology. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care, specialist advice, and support to patients with Skin cancer and their carers/family.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive specialist care to patients with Skin cancer, including patient assessment, planning, and implementation of specialist care.
- Lead, develop, and implement specialist education, training, research, and audit relevant to the speciality.
- Act as an expert specialist resource for Skin cancer and benign disease, collaborating with all members of the multi-professional team.
- Provide specialist nursing knowledge and expertise on all aspects of Skin cancer surgery and care.
- Act as the Key Worker and liaise with other Health Care Professionals to provide the best possible care for patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Skin Oncology and excellent clinical skills. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
