**Role Overview:** SEN Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a secondary school setting. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work full-time, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including Autism and Learning Difficulties
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring that students remain engaged and motivated throughout lessons
**Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Enhanced DBS registered on the DBS Update Service
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students
**Estimated Salary:** £85-£100 per day, dependent on experience
