About the Role

The Assistant Park Manager will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the park, leading by example to deliver exceptional customer service. This will involve working closely with the Deputy and Park Manager to develop, lead and empower a highly motivated and talented team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the entire customer journey, ensuring compliance with brand standards and SOP's, and challenging performance when needed. They will also be an inclusive leader who demonstrates respect, collaboration and takes collective responsibility in all they do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the Deputy and Park Manager to develop and implement park strategies
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOP's
  • Challenge performance and implement improvements where necessary
  • Be an inclusive leader who demonstrates respect, collaboration and takes collective responsibility
