The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Real Estate Surveyor to join our Access & Acquisitions Team within our Property Services Department based at our Mintsfeet Road office in Kendal. The successful candidate will work alongside multidiscipline project teams as part of the Company's Capital Programme to ensure the successful delivery and construction of new infrastructure and facilitate access to land to operate and maintain our vast network of water mains and sewers across the region.
Responsibilities- Negotiate compensation claims for capital and network projects.
- Agree and advise on accommodation and reinstatement works.
- Arrange temporary site compound licence agreements.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Land and/or Property Management Degree accredited to the RICS. You'll preferably be a qualified Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer or an APC Candidate working towards RICS Chartered Membership (Commercial, Valuation, Rural or Land & Resources pathway).
