We are looking for an experienced Senior Early Years Education Worker to join our team at New River Green Children's Centre in Islington. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early years education and a passion for working with young children.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a child-centred environment where no two days are the same. Our centre offers combined care and education places for children from babies to 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide high-quality early years education and care to children aged 0-5 years
  • To lead a team of education and care professionals
  • To develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children

Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership capacity in early years education
  • Strong knowledge of early years curriculum and pedagogy
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents and carers
