About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling manufactured products to the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell manufactured products to independent traders, merchants, specifiers, and contractors within the construction supply chain.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using our database of previous clients and specialized software.
- Manage your own time autonomously, with occasional site visits and personal appraisal meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record of manufactured products to the construction industry.
- Ability to deal with and win business from independent traders, merchants, specifiers, and contractors alike.
- Ability to communicate and present at all levels, within commercial and executive settings, remotely and in person.
- Proven self-starter, able to generate own leads and manage own schedule with real-time resources provided.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and main office location as required within the role on an expensed basis.
