About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Substantial Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic approach to sales conversion across your defined area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and KPIs.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year sales leadership experience.
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience.
  • Evidence of coaching and performance management.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications.
