Community Recovery Worker

Lifeways Group is committed to providing specialist support and recovery services for individuals with enduring mental health needs. We are seeking a Community Recovery Worker to join our team in Warrington, working closely with our clients to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and requires a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive:

You will have an understanding of the needs of people living with mental health challenges and their effects, a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and good IT skills, including Word, databases, and emails. If you have an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, that's great If not, we will support you in obtaining this and beyond.
