Are you a dedicated and passionate professional looking to make a difference in the lives of young children? We are seeking a Preschool Practitioner to lead our baby unit, providing a safe and engaging environment for children aged 9 months to 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver the provision in our baby unit, ensuring high-quality educational and interesting experiences for children.
  • Work collaboratively with the Preschool Team to provide a seamless and effective service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance the quality of care and education provided.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
  • Relevant up-to-date training to work with children under 2 years or willingness to achieve this.
  • Paediatric First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience working with babies, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing workload with minimum supervision.
