Kitchen Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced kitchen operations supervisor to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional food services.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a passion for leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu plans and daily tasks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, controlling food stocks and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a kitchen environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
