Key Responsibilities- Produce calculations of member benefits using pro forma or automated calculation routines.
- Prepare explanatory letters to members, clients, and advisers.
- Maintain client databases and update individual member records accurately and completely.
- Input information on data files for bulk updates or producing reports.
- Prepare letters to members, clients, and advisers to answer their questions and general enquiries.
- Communicate with scheme members and clients, and deal with general telephone enquiries.
- Educated to 'A' level, degree level, or equivalents.
- Previous office experience is useful but not essential.
- Willingness to study for professional exams.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under own steam and as a strong team player.
- High standard of professionalism at all times.
