Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to design and develop electrical systems for vehicles and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical integration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop electrical system designs and specifications
- Collaborate with suppliers to deliver high-quality components and systems
- Participate in the build and testing of projects, identifying and resolving issues
- Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams and circuit drawings
- Contribute to hazard analysis, risk management, and DFMEA activities
Your Qualifications:
- Recent experience in electrical integration within the automotive or autosport industries
- Engineering qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., HNC, Degree, Degree Apprenticeship, Masters)
- Good understanding of On Vehicle networks and electrical systems
- Ability to work flexibly to strict deadlines
