About the Role:

We are seeking an Automotive Electronics Integration Expert to join our team in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in wiring harness assembly and maintenance, with expertise in the Raychem System 25.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Designing and implementing electrical systems for vehicles, including wiring harnesses, electronic controls, and safety features.
  2. Collaborating with engineers and designers to develop and implement new technologies and innovations.
  3. Ensuring that all electrical systems meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in wiring harness assembly, preferably in motorsport, automotive, or Formula 1 environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Raychem System 25 components, tools, and techniques for wiring harness assembly and repair.
  • Proficient in soldering, crimping, looming, and connector assembly.
