SEND Curriculum Management
The Ad Warrior requires a seasoned Curriculum Team Leader to manage their SEND curriculum areas. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of programmes tailored to meet the needs of students with Education Health and Care plans, as well as those without. You will ensure that all students receive high-quality education and training, with a focus on preparing them for adulthood, independent living, and employment.

You will collaborate with a supportive team of education professionals, including leadership from Curriculum Managers and the Director of Campus, to deliver an engaging and personalised project-based curriculum. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering teaching, marking, and setting SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential. Additionally, you will supervise staff within your area to meet high expectations and college KPIs.

To be successful in this role, you will have recent experience leading or working as part of a team within an education establishment, with evidence of delivering strong outcomes and high-quality teaching and learning. You must also have good contacts with industry professionals, with the ability to work effectively with them to shape the future curriculum.
