Site Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Site Manager to join our team at Avant Homes. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning and implementation of our site build programme, ensuring that our developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the effective compliance, control, and deployment of the site, ensuring that all activities are aligned with our company's objectives.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring that all aspects are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Engage fully in the process of determining and agreeing development build activities, working closely with our construction team.
- Take ownership of the management of all onsite labour and sub-contractor activities, ensuring that the site complies with current health and safety standards.
- Actively manage communications with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Effectively manage the development by promoting a customer-focused culture, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
- Attend weekly sales and build site meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Assist in the production of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the development.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification or proven experience within construction management, with a SMSTS qualification being essential.
- Excellent knowledge of construction build programmes, with a strong understanding of commercial awareness.
- Proven awareness of codes of practice that impact on construction matters, such as NHBC Building Regs.
- Good technical knowledge relating to construction activities and construction design management regulations.
