Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead and direct our site team in ensuring the safe management of all operational activities on projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting HSQE, program, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Management: Ensure all works consider the needs of the local population and the travelling public.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team as necessary.
  3. Documentation: Ensure timely provision of 'as constructed' records for the Health and Safety File post-completion.
  4. Cost Management: Promote cost-conscious management by efficiently utilizing resources.
  5. Program Development: Develop, review, and update realistic scheme programs.
  6. Method Statement Review: Review, brief, and update method statements and risk assessments provided by the supply chain.

About You:

  1. Qualifications: Possession of recognised Engineering/Site Management Qualifications.
  2. Certifications: Health, Safety, and Environmental Management certification (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate).
  3. Industry Experience: Experience in the Water/Wastewater Treatment Industry.
