Job Summary:

Mcculla Ireland Ltd is seeking an experienced Operational Innovations Director/Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business, driving operational excellence, and leading our warehouse operations to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Warehouse Operations: Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution of our logistics and supply chain strategies.
  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Analyze and optimize processes to maximize quality and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive warehouse operations strategy, aligning with our company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, coaching and mentoring senior leaders and operations teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee the operations and compliance within our end-to-end supply chain, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Deliver Key Performance Indicators: Drive the achievement of key budgetary performance goals and long-term operational plans, maintaining and expanding our operational capabilities.
  • Identify and Deliver Profit Margin Gains: Analyze and implement initiatives to drive profit margin gains across our warehousing operations.
  • Lead Capital Investment Projects: Effectively manage and implement capital investment projects across our warehouse sites, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve and maintain our quality standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Head of Operations role, with a strong background in logistics, supply chain, and warehousing operations.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving analysis, judgment, and decision-making skills, with the ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles.
  • Effective Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, building a cohesive and engaged team culture.
  • Excellent IT and Systems Skills: Strong IT and systems skills, with the ability to run operations and warehousing effectively.
  • Adaptable and Flexible: Adaptable and flexible attitude to work, with the ability to adapt to changing business demands.
