Paediatric Site Practitioner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Site Practitioner to join our team at The Portland Hospital, a leading private hospital dedicated to the healthcare needs of women and children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to paediatric patients and their families
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (Child) with current NMC registration
  • Experience working in a paediatric critical care environment
  • Advanced paediatric physical assessment skills
  • Current APLS/EPALS provider certification
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
