Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Site Practitioner to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Paediatric Site Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visible clinical presence around the site, acting as a role model and expert practitioner.
  • Use advanced nursing skills to coordinate resources and work closely with on-site Duty Managers.
  • Be involved in the PICU step-down process and support with bed allocation as a key member of the Clinical Emergency Team.
  • Participate in Paediatric Hospital at Night Team to ensure a timely and appropriate response to patients' needs.

Requirements:

  • NMC RN Child registration.
  • HDU/Critical Care experience.
  • Paediatric Physical Assessment Skills.
  • Current APLS/EPALS provider.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Evidence of CPD, e.g. Professional Portfolio.
