Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage planned and responsive maintenance matters, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Attend sites to oversee ongoing site works, check on progress, report property defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory matters and coordinate the development of authority estate records.
  • Cover both rolling condition surveys and estate strategy decisions, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Conduct financial assessments and participate in condition surveys and life cycle management reports.
Requirements:
  • Level 4 Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • DBS clearance.
  • Several years of Construction/Civils experience in maintenance and service contracts.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern construction techniques, groundworks, roofing, and other relevant areas.
  • Experience in monitoring and controlling budgets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate with experience using CAD software.
What We Offer:

Our client offers a competitive salary of £18.99 - £19.81 per hour, working full-time hours from Monday to Friday. This is a temporary contract position until the end of March 2025.
