We are seeking a Hospitality Manager - Culinary Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, including days and alternate weekends across 4/5 days a week.
  • The estimated salary for this role is around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • You will be responsible for leading a team of chefs in menu development, hospitality, and kitchen operations.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain high-quality menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock control, and health and safety protocols.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates must have City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualifications in culinary arts.
  • Experience in leading a team, motivating staff, and developing menu plans is essential.
  • Familiarity with HACCP and COSHH protocols is also required.
