We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outpatient Department Manager to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our trust. As an Outpatient Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading the management of our outpatient department, working closely with the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care and service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background, with experience in managing teams and improving clinical services. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of our outpatient department, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to maintain high levels of clinical expertise and achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve waiting list management and clinical services.
  • Mentor and support colleagues in their professional development.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
