As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to tenants in Wythenshawe, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-entry visits and company inductions to ensure a smooth transition for tenants
  • Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms and maintain accurate records
  • Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on energy efficiency schemes and provide guidance on the work being carried out
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, resolving any problems or queries they may have in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with neighbourhood housing associations
  • Visit empty houses that are being refurbished to advise potential tenants on completion dates
  • Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to keep tenants informed of works being carried out
  • Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues in a fair and transparent manner
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team to improve services

Requirements:

  • A strong and stable career in face-to-face customer service, ideally within the Housing or Construction sectors
  • A full driving licence
  • A current CSCS Card (desirable)
