Job Title: Product Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned product development professional to drive the creation of innovative packaging solutions for our new and existing products at Elida Beauty, a leading FMCG company.

This is a full-time temporary role based in the UK, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The estimated salary for this position is approximately £39,000 per annum, considering industry standards, market rates, and the specific requirements of the role.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement effective packaging strategies that align with our brand values and customer needs.
Performance Indicators:
  • Work closely with our supply chain and artwork teams to ensure seamless collaboration and accurate coding.
  • Review and refine existing packaging specifications to meet our quality standards.
  • Contribute to data analysis for environmental reporting and sustainability initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Right to work in the UK and fluency in the English language.
  • Desirable: scientific qualifications or degrees equivalent.
  • Proven experience in developing packaging specifications.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical expertise.
