Family Time Coordinator

DigiKape Resourcing provides staffing solutions for ad-hoc shifts and permanent positions in the public and private sectors.
We are looking for an individual to fill a critical role within our client's Family Time Support Work Team in Knowsley, supporting family time sessions mandated by courts.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage family time sessions maintaining a secure and supportive atmosphere
- Prepare detailed reports on children's wishes and feelings, providing actionable recommendations
- Create in-depth family time reports outlining areas for improvement and monitoring progress
- Engage in regular collaborative efforts with agencies, families, and community groups
This position necessitates an Enhanced DBS check. The chosen candidate will work mainly during standard office hours.
Required Qualifications and Experience:- A minimum of 2 years' direct experience working with families requiring support (ages 0-18)
- Capacity to form effective partnerships with relevant stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, for interactions with users, professionals, and colleagues
- Ability to build and sustain constructive relationships with service users, prioritizing their needs
- Strong commitment to safeguarding the welfare and safety of children and young people
The expected annual salary range for this position is £28,125 - £33,375, dependent on experience.
