Youth Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Youth Development Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others and making a positive impact on young people. As a key member of our team, you will work with children who face challenges engaging in the classroom and have complex behaviours. Your expertise and compassion will help them overcome these obstacles and reach their full potential.
About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for working with children who require additional support due to challenging behaviour or SEND/SEMH needs. You will collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop strategies for supporting students, providing guidance and resources to help children manage their emotions and develop social skills.
Key Responsibilities:
