Medical Negligence Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to join our team at Themis Recruit. As a Medical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing high value, multi-track cases involving significant injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile evidence in support of claims
  • Evaluate the merits of claims
  • Identify legal and medical issues
  • Calculate appropriate damages
  • Draft schedules of loss and statements
  • Instruct and liaise with medical experts and Counsel
  • Communicate and negotiate with Defendant Solicitors
  • Maintain clear communication with clients
  • Comply with Civil Procedure Rules and Court directions
  • Provide guidance and support to junior fee earners
  • Build and nurture contacts to promote business development
  • Lead structured initiatives to generate referrals and connections
