Elite Touch Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Luton office.

The ideal candidate will have a good theoretical understanding and practical experience in conducting claims for personal injury and/or clinical negligence from initial instruction to settlement or trial.

Responsibilities will include running a case load of clinical negligence cases, assisting the head of the Department in the conduct of high value clinical negligence and catastrophic injury claims, and evaluating new leads.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify issues arising from the medical records in relation to date of knowledge, limitation, breach of duty and causation.

They will also be expected to assist with supervision of more junior members of the team and contribute to the growth and development of the Clinical Negligence Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding department with excellent opportunities to progress.
