Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to join our Responsible Gambling team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers who may be at risk of, or experiencing, harms associated with gambling.

As a Responsible Gambling Support Advisor, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in a professional and compassionate manner, ensuring they receive the best possible service while adhering to our Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.

Our team is dedicated to promoting safer gambling practices, and we are committed to providing our customers with the support they need to make informed decisions about their gambling habits.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and promoting responsible gambling practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gambling
  • Use internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless customer support
  • Escalate queries where necessary to ensure customer concerns are addressed
  • Promote safer gambling practices and raise awareness of our Responsible Gambling policies and procedures
