Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and create care plans that meet the needs of service users and achieve the best outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to MHA code of practice and local policies and procedures.
  • Maintain approval as an AMHP through ongoing training and CPD.
  • Participate in quality assurance, supervision, and practice educator roles for AMHP trainees.
  • Provide written and verbal reports for courts and other legal purposes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A social work qualification or equivalent.
  • Approval as an AMHP.
