The Role Summary

This critical role requires the delivery of high-quality training sessions, aligned with our and accrediting body standards. Essential responsibilities include:

  • Delivering comprehensive first aid training, incorporating our curriculum and regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer support throughout the training process
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients to gather valuable insights and feedback
  • Remaining up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
  • Mentoring junior trainers and instructors to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contributing to the growth and evolution of our training programs, including content refinement and new course development
  • Promoting a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility within our organisation
  • Adhering to our organisational policies, including those related to HSE and quality assurance

Key Requirements

  • Hold a Level 3 teaching qualification and assessor certification

Remuneration: £48,750 - £58,000 annually, contingent upon your level of experience
