We are seeking a highly skilled Health Intelligence Specialist to join our team at Northumbria.

Job Description:

This is a key role that involves leading analytical development and capability of the VRU work with partners in Public Health and Police.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead quality assurance of VRU and Police Analytical support, ensuring high-quality public health data analysis and intelligence that informs resource allocation across Northumbria.
  • To produce the annual Strategic Needs Assessment, providing clear and actionable insights for partners.

The successful candidate will have a postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in a public health or research/analytical related field.

The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. We offer a competitive pension scheme, car leasing scheme, and discounts on shopping and eating out thanks to the Blue Light Card.
