About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Civils Construction Engineer to join our team, primarily focusing on projects associated with the CP7 Civils and Structures Framework in Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction of civils assets, including bridge replacements, refurbishment of steel structures, and tunnel repairs.
- Oversee designs from the development phase through to implementation, ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Act as the Contractors Responsible Engineer and oversee all related duties.
- Ensure adherence to the assurance process and monitor design progress.
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Civils Construction Engineer in the rail sector.
- Profound understanding of rail and civil engineering principles and construction methods.
- Familiarity with Network Rail's GRIP process is essential.
