Wellbeing Support Specialist

Elizabeth School of London is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Officer to join our London campus. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to our students throughout their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct wellbeing meetings with students to discuss their problems and concerns.
- Analyse and identify wellbeing cases, and share reports with the Wellbeing Manager.
- Provide guidance, advice, and information related to student wellbeing and pastoral care.
- Offer support to students experiencing emotional or practical difficulties that affect their learning.
- Manage a caseload of student wellbeing matters, reviewing support needs and logging student outcomes.
- Communicate with tutors and other central services to ensure effective support.
- Help the Wellbeing Manager deliver workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events.
- Plan and organise your own workload, contributing to longer-term plans and programmes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Education, or related subjects.
- Experience working with diverse students and populations.
- Knowledge of risk assessments and crisis management.
