Elizabeth School of London is seeking a Wellbeing Support Specialist to join our London campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our students throughout their academic journey.

The Wellbeing Support Specialist will conduct well-being meetings with students to discuss their problems, analyze and identify wellbeing cases, and provide guidance, advice, and information related to student wellbeing and pastoral care.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related subject, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. A willingness to train in Mental Health First Aid is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct well-being meetings with students
  • Analyze and identify wellbeing cases
  • Provide guidance, advice, and information related to student wellbeing and pastoral care
  • Manage a caseload of student well-being matters
  • Help deliver workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events
