About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Delivery Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing appropriate independence and personal choice, developing, reviewing, and updating care plans to meet residents' physical and social needs. Key duties include:
- Ensuring the highest possible standards of care
- Assessing residents' needs and developing services to enhance their quality of life
- Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on shift
Salary: £56,409 per annum (equivalent to £22.60 per hour)
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Preferred skills and experience include:
- Good nursing experience
- Excellent clinical skills
- Able to write care plans
- Able to show empathy and warmth
The successful candidate will receive an excellent benefits package, including:
