Job Title: Tandoor Oven Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tandoor Oven Specialist to join our team at Dishoom Delivery Kitchens. As a key member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality Tandoor and Curry dishes.

You will have excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques, with a particular focus on Tandoor oven cooking. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
