Transformation Solutions Architect

This is a leadership position that requires a strong mix of deal shaping and content expertise. As a Transformation Solutions Architect, you will work closely with Opportunity Leads, legal and commercial teams to shape a winning differentiated solution that takes into account different points of view.
Key Responsibilities- Define, estimate, and plan the transformation and operation of the solution, service level agreements, tools, and automation solutions.
- Develop the Solution Architecture Capability for Managed Services, including service transition frameworks and service tooling.
- Work with Product and Sales Operations teams to ensure service-packs are articulated properly and available in order management systems.
- Lead a virtual team of Technology Consultants delivering short-term high-value consulting assignments to chosen customers.
- Ensure Tata Communications maintains a good bench of consulting skills.
- Over 15 years of relevant work experience in solution domains.
- Bachelor or Master-level University degree.
- Experience in architecting transformation and/or operations solutions in at least one of the 'Pillars', with a proven track record in defining and selling design, implementation, and transformation solutions for leading global enterprises.
- Strong project management skills and experience in Information Technology Engineering and Outsourcing, including industry-standard project management methods and tools.
- Experience with tooling platforms like Servicenow and project management and governance frameworks like PMI, Prince2.
