Position Overview

Axiom Software Solutions Limited is in search of a seasoned Solution Architect to enhance our Technology Strategy and Architecture division. This pivotal role emphasizes areas such as Monetary Policy, Financial Stability, and Prudential Regulation.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be instrumental in defining the technical framework of the organization, collaborating with a specialized team to implement transformative initiatives.

  • Designing solution architecture for both ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Contributing to the overarching strategic vision of the technology landscape.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory mandates.

This position will place a significant emphasis on data solutions, particularly within cloud environments like Azure, as well as overseeing the transition of data solutions to cloud infrastructures.

Reporting Structure

The Solution Architect will report directly to the Principal Architect for Monetary Policy, Financial Stability, and Prudential Regulation.

Essential Qualifications

Key duties encompass:

  • Leading the design of solutions for intricate projects.
  • Ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.
  • Providing technical guidance to project teams.
  • Maintaining and updating technology roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture. Proficiency in creating architectural blueprints and exceptional communication skills for effective teamwork are crucial.

Experience with cloud computing platforms, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with architectural frameworks are vital. Relevant qualifications in IT or architecture fields are also necessary.
