The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our maintenance and manufacturing engineering teams at our high-volume manufacturing site. As a key member of the senior management team, you will provide technical engineering advice, guidance, and challenge to the site decision-making process.

The Role

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership, management, and direction to both the maintenance and manufacturing engineering teams. Your goal will be to deliver a high-quality engineering service that supports our fast-paced plant. You will work closely with the site's senior management team to provide technical engineering advice and guidance, and to challenge the site's decision-making process.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strong maintenance and engineering background with the ability to inspire and lead an established engineering team. You will have the skills to develop and mentor less experienced team members, and to drive and maximize reliability for the plant. You will also have excellent communication skills to challenge senior managers and ensure that appropriate time is allocated to deliver an effective predictive and preventative maintenance plan. This is a challenging role that will enable you to build on your experience and have an influence in the wider plant decision-making process.
