Sales Director Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as the Director of Sales. As a strategic thinker, you will be responsible for driving company revenue and achieving growth targets by leading and motivating a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in value-based selling and can lead and develop a consultative technical sales team. A background in the house building industry is beneficial but not essential.
