About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support our project team with administrative tasks. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have experience of using project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and Asana or Trello.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and expenses for project team members
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of using project management tools and software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
