About Us

Black Sheep Utilities Ltd is a business-to-business energy procurement service. We partner with suppliers to negotiate the best utility prices for our customers and generate leads in-house. Our customers have a named account manager who handles their portfolio of products throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves scripted, outbound B2B calls to book existing customers for renewal meetings with the Sales team. We ensure all customer requirements are satisfied and opportunities to retain business are not missed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have significant previous B2B telesales experience, providing an outstanding customer experience while carrying out business development with existing clients. You should be target-driven, self-motivated, and hungry to exceed your KPIs and earn commission.
